Keming Primary would like to invite interested applicants to operate a Western Food Stall from 30 June 2025 (Term 3 Week 1).

Interested applicants must fulfil the following criteria:

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

• Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices determined in consultation with the school.

• Able to provide food that meets the health/nutritional standards set by Health Promotion Board (HPB). Applicant may refer to the HPB website at https://www.hpb.gov.sg/schools/school-programmes/healthy-meals-in-schools-programme.

• Able to maintain high standard of food and personal hygiene.

Applicants should preferably fulfil the following criteria:

• Successful applicant and stall assistant must possess the WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

• Possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment.

• Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall licence from Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

Application Procedure

Application form must be completed and submitted to kmps@moe.edu.sg or to the school’s General Office by Friday, 30 May 2025 with the following documents:

• Photocopy of the applicant’s NRIC (front and back)

• Proposed menu and pricing for all items

• Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Basic Food Hygiene, etc.

Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant’s own expense.
